This reminded me of a fairy tale that I read as a kid, 'The little match girl.' The book had pictures as well, and this one always made me sad. Certain images remain a lifetime.
Yeah, for the same reason, never was a big fan of 'the little mermaid.' It was a little tragic for my tastes. I wanted to have read it when I was older, not when I was eight.
